Terms of Service

1. The service

AEGISITE is a family of AI-security software (desktop app, browser extension, mobile app) operated by Workflo (a sole trader established in Ireland; contact: info@workflo.hu). The software discovers AI tools running on your devices, monitors them, and blocks attacks aimed at them.

2. Plans and payment

• The Free plan works without payment, with no time limit.
• Personal and Family are monthly or annual subscriptions. Payment is processed by Stripe on desktop and by Google Play on Android.
• Paid subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. We collect your payment method during the trial but do not charge it. At the end of the trial, unless you cancel first, the subscription automatically continues as a paid subscription at the price shown at purchase, and your payment method is charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
• After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
• You may cancel anytime (in the app or in your Stripe / Google Play account); paid features remain available until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.
• Prices are shown on the website; the price valid at the time of purchase applies.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the software only on devices you own or legitimately manage (e.g. family devices).
• Reverse engineering, cracking, bypassing license or signature verification, and attacking the service are prohibited.
• The Family plan covers up to 5 devices within one household.

4. Important limitation: security software

AEGISITE reduces risk, but no security product can promise 100% protection. The software is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by third-party AI tools running on your devices. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

5. Intellectual property

The software, trademarks and website content are the property of Workflo. Your license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and conditional on compliance with these terms.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, in-app or by email. We may suspend access in case of serious breach (e.g. reverse engineering, attacks).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Consumer disputes may also be brought before your local alternative dispute resolution body.

8. Changes

These terms may change; material changes will be indicated on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
